Terms of service

Navmanch lets creators run an online storefront to sell digital products, paid calls, courses and memberships, and to message their audience.

Buyers purchase from the creator, not from Navmanch. Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments, and the creator's share is settled to them.

You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information, including for payout KYC.

You are responsible for everything sold and said on your store, including product quality, delivery, refunds you offer and taxes on your income.

Do not sell anything illegal, infringing, deceptive, adult or otherwise prohibited by Cashfree's or Meta's policies. Do not send messages without consent. We may suspend stores that break these rules.

The Free plan charges a transaction fee on each sale, shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, plus GST, through a mandate you authorise (UPI Autopay, card or e-mandate). A free trial is available once per store.

Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period. If a payment fails, we retry, and if it still isn't paid the store moves to the Free plan; your content is kept.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice for your next billing period.

You own what you upload. You give us the licence needed to host, display and deliver it to your buyers.

We will remove content in response to valid legal notices.

Connecting Instagram, Google Calendar or WhatsApp is subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for their outages or policy changes.

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at the city of Navantro Technologies Private Limited's registered office have jurisdiction. Contact support@navmanch.in first; most problems can be solved quickly.
